# INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

All contractors working with American National Construction ("ANC") must maintain appropriate insurance coverage as outlined below.
## 1. REQUIRED INSURANCE COVERAGE
### General Liability Insurance
- Minimum coverage of $1,000,000
- Must be current and in force at all times
### Workers' Compensation Insurance
- Required if you have employees
- Must be current and in force at all times
### Vehicle Insurance for Business Use
- Comprehensive coverage for vehicles used for business
- Must be current and in force at all times
### Professional Liability Insurance
- Recommended for contractors
- Provides protection against claims related to professional services
## 2. INSURANCE SUBMISSION
### Submission Process
- Submit proof of insurance through the platform
- Must be uploaded within 30 days of joining
- Must be renewed annually
### Verification
- ANC verifies insurance coverage upon submission
- Must be valid and in force at all times
## 3. EFFECT OF NON-COMPLIANCE
### Consequences
- Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of membership
- You will be notified of any issues
- Immediate action required to resolve
## 4. CONFIDENTIALITY
### Protected Information
- Insurance details and claims information
### Your Obligations
- Keep insurance information confidential
- Do not disclose to unauthorized parties
- Report any insurance claims immediately
## 5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
### Resolution Process
1. Direct communication between parties
2. Mediation through ANC support team
3. Binding arbitration if necessary
4. Legal action as last resort
### Governing Law
- This agreement governed by Texas law
- Disputes resolved in Dallas County, Texas
- Arbitration conducted per AAA rules
## 6. GENERAL PROVISIONS
### Entire Agreement
- This agreement supersedes all prior agreements
- Modifications must be in writing
- Electronic signatures are valid
### Assignment
- You may not assign this agreement
- ANC may assign to affiliates or successors
### Severability
- Invalid provisions do not affect remainder
- Agreement continues with invalid provisions removed
### No Waiver
- Failure to enforce does not waive rights
- Waiver must be in writing
### Force Majeure
- Not liable for events beyond our control
- Includes natural disasters, war, etc.
- Obligations suspended during force majeure
