COMMUNICATION GUIDELINES ### Professional Standards - Respond promptly to all inquiries - Use professional language - Be honest about capabilities and timelines - Never pressure or harass homeowners ### Platform Communication - All initial contact through platform - Keep communication records - Report inappropriate behavior - Protect homeowner privacy ### Direct Contact - Exchange direct contact after project acceptance - Continue platform updates for tracking - Report project milestones - Request reviews upon completion ## 5.
